My new, shiny iPod!
And, since my old iPod died on me, I am left with no music. And my mind has gone blank. I need your musical suggestions everyone! I have very eclectic taste so feel free to suggest anything!
Oh and how do you classify your playlists? I used to do it by artist, but that's just boring..

hey, congrats with your present, as for electric music, check out - Dan Black, he is new in the music industry, but I fell in love with his songs at the first moment of hearing them! :) (symphonies, u+me, wonder and the whole album "un")

my itunes is also very disorganized but my playlists go something like this...
Gym Booty Bounce Boppers (self explanitory and kind of embarassing)
J'aime le fromage (French songs)
Las Canciones de Maria Elena (Spanish songs)
DJ Saucy (mixes I make)
Usher timeeeee (slow songs/before going to bed...aka Robin Thicke, Ryan Leslie, etc.)

Anna is brilliant. She already said my idea: 500 Days of Summer. It's perfect. Also, the Dan in Real Life soundtrack by Sondre Lerche is BEAUTIFUL and has a Regina Spektor duet which I love/listen to on repeat for days.
Once you have a few.. use the iTunes new feature that suggests music you'll like.. Genius is genius. :)
Also, if you figure out how to organize.. let me know. I'm still in the process of making sure I have all the tags (album, artist, name) right!

i organize my playlist by place/moment, so i have one for long drives, one for short drives, one for shower, even one for when i'm at uni at boring lectures!
Oh what a disaster! Hope you get all back. At the moment into La Roux, Lady Hawk, Ladytron, the new album from Kasabian, and Tinchy Stryder(not sure about spellings). Like you, I like lots of different styles and can't organise the lists, but for running I created a special fast beat one.

I try and make playlists that match my moods; and also for seasons.
Which I guess is a bit odd, but you know; the winter playlist is for days cuddled inside, the summer playlist is for runs in the morning.
