talk to someone close to help you get some perspective, go for a walk, be close to nature: go to the park, beach, forest, what have you; or... take a shower/bath ;) works for me...

Definately go for a walk if you can.Sort out whats really bothering you from just maybe something thats not to bad.Decide in your mind weather its worth getting all messed up over if not forget it.If so try to figure out the best way to deal with it on your own.Only you know how things can effect you.Hope that helps Sara!I charge 50.00 hahaha joking.
