And Some People Dance

I was just watching "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" - which never fails to inspire me and make me cry.

It just hit me that I have 348 followers, of which I don't know how many actually read my blog...but I just appreciate it so much. And it's overwhelming. It is.

"Some people were born to sit by a river. Some get struck by lightning. Some have an ear for music. Some are artists. Some swim. Some know buttons. Some know Shakespeare. Some are mothers. And some people — dance. " - The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
What was I born to do? What were you born to do? When did you know....are we to ever know?
Sarah Von posted this and I am in love!

I am in such a good mood and I love this world. I love this country, too. Depite my sinuses...and regardless of the brutality in this country- it will all be okay. I promise. Because we all deserve better days.

I love your 'TGIT' in the last post!
Definitely true here. But I love using the normal TGIF for 'Thank God I'm Forgiven' instead :)

love,

What a good post! You don't give yourself enough credit because your blog is spectacular, you'll be up to 500 followers before you know it...maybe 1000 soon after that! But to answer your question, I do not know what I was born to do yet. I suppose I am a very lucky person, a happy person, so maybe I was born to be happy! I hope so. I don't know you but from the way you write, it seems like you were born to be happy too.

Have a great evening.

Your blog is lovely. You have a way with words, your writing makes your reader feel like a part of your world.
Have you read "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button"? The story is quite different from the movie...its interesting in a very different way.

I love you! I love that movies and fiction can have a similar effect on you and me, both.
I think I was born to write, argue for just causes, and love. :)
